LEGAL STATUS AND FORMATION
The Amateur Powerlifting Association (APA) is established and registered under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, as a non-profit sports body.

The Association functions in accordance with its approved Memorandum of Association and Bye-laws, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, administrative, and regulatory requirements.
